Pool milk definition

Pool milk means all skim milk and butterfat contained in milk except as set forth in paragraphs (a) through (k) of this section which is pumped at the farm into a tank mounted on a truck or trailer for a handler who has included such milk in a pool unit or a partial pool unit or which is delivered direct from a farm to a pool plant or a partial pool plant but is not put into a tank truck prior to such delivery. This definition shall include any milk so delivered by a person defined in § 1002.11 (b)(2), by an institution defined in
Pool milk means all of the milk produced by pool producers, under licenses issued by the bureau, which is received at pool plants or marketed to a nonpool plant by a pool handler.

  • Timber Sale Account is an account maintained by Forest Service of all Pur- chaser’s deposits, credits, payment guarantees, and the charges for:

  • Asset Pool means a pool of cash-flow generating assets in which an issuer of a securitized product has a direct or indirect ownership or security interest;

  • Critical Test Concentration or "(CTC)" means the specified effluent dilution at which the Permittee is to conduct a single-concentration Aquatic Toxicity Test.

  • Customer-Funded Upgrade means any Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade, or Merchant Network Upgrade for which cost responsibility (i) is imposed on an Interconnection Customer or an Eligible Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, section 217, or (ii) is voluntarily undertaken by a New Service Customer in fulfillment of an Upgrade Request. No Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade or Merchant Network Upgrade or other transmission expansion or enhancement shall be a Customer-Funded Upgrade if and to the extent that the costs thereof are included in the rate base of a public utility on which a regulated return is earned. Customer Interconnection Facilities:

  • High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. Compliance with vapor-tight requirements can be determined by checking to ensure that the concentration at a potential leak source is not equal to or greater than 100 percent of the lower explosive limit (LEL) when measured with a combustible gas detector, calibrated with propane, at a distance of 1 inch (2.54 cm) from the source.

  • Electrostatic spray means a method of applying a spray coating in which opposite electric charges are applied to the substrate and the coating. The coating is attracted to the substrate by the electrostatic potential between them.

  • Cathode ray tube or “CRT” means a vacuum tube, composed primarily of glass, which is the visual or video display component of an electronic device. A “used, intact CRT” means a CRT whose vacuum has not been released. A “used, broken CRT” means glass removed from its housing or casing whose vacuum has been released.

  • Risk Weighted Assets means the risk weighted assets or total risk exposure amount, as calculated by the Company in accordance with the Capital Regulations applicable to the Regulatory Group as at that point in time.

  • Residual disinfectant concentration means the concentration of disinfectant measured in mg/L in a representative sample of water.

  • NEPOOL GIS means the New England Power Pool Generation Information System.

  • Receivables Pool means, at any time of determination, all of the then outstanding Receivables transferred (or purported to be transferred) to the Borrower pursuant to the Purchase and Sale Agreement prior to the Termination Date.

  • Timber Sale Area means the area or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to legal subdivisions, monuments, natural land features, improvements, or sale boundary signs.
