Pool II definition

Pool II. The aggregate of the Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as being included in Pool II.
Pool II. The pool of Mortgage Loans identified in the related Mortgage Loan Schedule as having been assigned to Pool II, including any Eligible Substitute Mortgage Loans delivered in replacement thereof.

  • Pledged Asset Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan as to which, at the time of origination, a Letter of Credit was issued in favor of the initial holder of such Mortgage Loan.
