Pool Contract definition

Pool Contract or “Pool Purchase Contract” means a contract or similar agreement by and between the Servicer and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac relating to the sale or pooling by the Servicer of Conventional Mortgage Loans.
Pool Contract means, any retail installment sale contract originated by the Parent or any of its Affiliates in connection with a sale of (i) home appliances, electronic goods, computers, telephones and other goods and merchandise of the type sold by the Parent or any of its Affiliates from time to time in the ordinary course of business, which in each case constitute "consumer goods" under and as defined in Article 9 of the UCC of all applicable jurisdictions, (ii) service maintenance contracts and services in respect of any goods or merchandise referred to in clause (i) above, or (iii) credit insurance (including life, disability, property and involuntary unemployment) in respect of any goods or merchandise referred to in clause (i) above or any obligor's payment obligations in respect of the receivable created in connection therewith (collectively, "Pool Merchandise") and all amounts due thereunder from time to time or any retail revolving charge account agreement originated by the Parent or any of its Affiliates with an obligor pursuant to which such obligor is obligated to pay for Pool Merchandise purchased under a credit plan and permits such obligor to purchase such Pool Merchandise on credit.
Pool Contract means a Pool Purchase Contract or similar agreement between the Servicer, Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac relating to the sale by the Servicer of Conventional Mortgage Loans to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, as applicable, and the servicing thereof, as from time to time supplemented and amended.

  • Suppliers who are Growers may Nominate grain into Harvest Pools, Post-harvest Pools, or (if the Supplier has entered into a Special Pool Contract) Special Pools.

  • For the avoidance of doubt and notwithstanding the above, the Vessel may not be redelivered until the Vessel has completed any Pool Contract concluded or on subjects for the Vessel prior to the delivery of a termination notice.

  • Subject to any other provision of the New Pool Contract, the recipient must pay any amount in respect of GST within 14 days of the issuing of the relevant Tax Invoice or Adjustment Note to the recipient.

  • Except as otherwise specified in the New Pool Contract, time is of the essence in every respect.

  • The New Pool Contract (in aggregate) forms the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the sale and purchase of the Grain from the Grower to UGM.

  • While GrainCorp will exercise reasonable skill and care in its efforts to maximise the Final Pool Return, it makes no guarantee as to the Final Pool Return, unless the first page of this “GrainCorp Pool Contract 2011-12” document provides for a Guaranteed Minimum Price Pool and a Guaranteed Minimum Price.
