Pool Charter definition

Pool Charter means, in respect of a Vessel, the pool agreement dated 2 July 2013 entered into between each Borrower, the Clipper Group Companies to be nominated and Clipper Group (Management) Ltd., as commercial manager and where relevant the commercial management agreement entered into between the relevant Borrower and such commercial manager pursuant to which the commercial manager shall arrange charters and contracts of affreightment for such Vessel.
