Pool Members shall contribute towards the Pool Administration Costs referable to a Quarter in the proportions which their respective Contributory Shares bear to each other during such Quarter.
Upon receipt of an invoice or other statement relating to Pool Administration Costs which has been approved by or on behalf of the Executive Committee in accordance with sub-section 20.2, EPFAL shall pay the amount stated in such invoice or other statement (together with Value Added Tax thereon, if applicable) to such person or persons as the Executive Committee (or its delegate) shall direct.
