Pool 5 Subordinate Amount. For any Distribution Date, the excess of the Aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Pool 5 Mortgage Loans over the aggregate of the Class Principal Amounts of the Class 5-A1 and Class 5-A2 Certificates immediately before such Distribution Date.
Pool 5 Subordinate Amount. As to any Distribution Date, is equal to the excess of the Stated Principal Balance of the Pool 5 Mortgage Loans (less the applicable Class P Fraction of any Class P Mortgage Loan in that Pool) as of the first day of the month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs over the Class Principal Amount of the Class 5-A-1 Certificates immediately before such Distribution Date.
