PolyOne has the meaning set forth in the recital of parties hereto.
PolyOne means Polyone Corporation, a producer of PVC compounds;
PolyOne the “Seller” or “you”), PolyOne Funding Canada Corporation (together with its successors and assigns, the “Buyer” or “us”) and PolyOne Corporation, as the Buyer’s Servicer. Capitalized terms used in this Canadian Consent and Agreement (this “Agreement”) but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Canadian Receivables Sale Agreement.
