Pollution Charges means fees for wastewater discharges established by the Decision on Collection of Fees for Wastewater Discharge No. [1993]87 issued jointly by the LEPB, the Liaoning Price Bureau and Liaoning Finance Bureau and effective as of July 1, 1993, as said decision may be amended from time to time.
