Polling location definition

Polling location means a polling place or a voter service and polling center, as applicable.
Polling location. – means a geographic area or Local designated by the MMF Cabinet, by resolution or law, for the establishment by the Chief Electoral Officer of a Polling Station. If the MMF Cabinet fails to establish polling locations by proper resolution, “Polling Location” shall mean an area designated by the Chief Electoral Officer, in advance of the calling of an Election, for the establishment of a Polling Station.
Polling location means a location under the direct supervision and control of the Elections Commission.
