  • Records means any written or recorded information, regardless of physical form or characteristics, which is produced or acquired by the Party in the performance of this agreement. The records described shall be made available at reasonable times during the period of the Agreement and for three years thereafter or for any period required by law for inspection by any authorized representatives of the State or Federal Government. If any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the three-year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.

  • Books and Records means all documents, instruments, papers, books and records, books of account, files and data (including customer and supplier lists), catalogs, brochures, sales literature, promotional material, certificates and other documents used in or associated with the conduct of the Business or the ownership of the Company's property, including, without limitation, financial statements, Tax Records (including Tax Returns), ledgers, minute books, copies of Contracts, Licenses and Permits, operating data and environmental studies and plans.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Servicing Records shall have the meaning provided in Section 11.14(b) hereof.
