Policy Payor definition

Policy Payor means the person or entity described in the Policy Schedule who will be paying the Annual Premium or whose Nominated Account will be debited/charged for the premiums due on this Policy.

  • The Insured or Policy Payor may cancel this Policy by giving seven (7) days’ notice in writing to Us and shall be entitled to a refund premium less the premium computed at Our Short Period Rates for the duration this Policy has been in force subject to a minimum premium payment of S$50 by the Insured.
