Policy Notice definition

Policy Notice. Each policy of insurance referenced in Section 7.1 shall: (i) provide Client no less than thirty (30) days advance written notice of the expiration, termination, cancellation, or modification of such policy.

Policy Notice means a notice of assignment substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 4 (Policy Notice and Acknowledgement) or a notice of assignment in such other form as may be specified by the Collateral Agent.
