Policy Drawing definition

Policy Drawing means any payment of a claim under the Policy.
Policy Drawing means any payment of a claim under the Policy (but shall not include, for the avoidance of doubt, amounts payable directly by the Policy Provider to any Liquidity Provider as contemplated by Section 2.06(c) and the last paragraph of Section 3.07(c)).
Policy Drawing means, with respect to either Policy, any payment of a claim under such Policy.

Examples of Policy Drawing in a sentence

  • No later than 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the specified Special Distribution Date the Subordination Agent shall make the specified Policy Drawing and upon its receipt of the proceeds thereof pay the amount thereof from the Policy Account to the Class G Trustee in reduction of the outstanding Pool Balance of the Class G Certificates together with such accrued and unpaid interest thereon.

  • The Subordination Agent shall promptly, but not less than 25 days prior to such Business Day, send to the Class G Trustee a Written Notice setting forth the non-receipt of any such Special Payment and establishing such Business Day as the date for the distribution of the proceeds of such Policy Drawing, which date shall constitute a Special Distribution Date.

  • The Subordination Agent shall make each such Policy Drawing referred to in this subparagraph (c) under the Policy (for payment into the Policy Account) no later than 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the relevant Special Distribution Date and upon its receipt of the proceeds thereof pay the amount thereof from the Policy Account to the Class G Trustee in reduction of the outstanding Pool Balance of the Class G Certificates together with such accrued and unpaid interest thereon.

  • To the extent that any portion of such Avoided Payment is to be paid to the Subordination Agent, such Written Notice shall also set the date for the distribution of such portion of the proceeds of such Policy Drawing which date shall constitute a Special Distribution Date and shall be the earlier of three Business Days after the date of the expiration of the Policy and the Business Day that immediately follows the 25th day after the date of such Written Notice.

  • The proceeds of any Policy Drawing shall be, when received, deposited in the Certificate Account.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 3.7, except as provided in Section 3.7(e), at no time shall the Subordination Agent make any Policy Drawing under clause (b), (c) or (d) of this Section 3.7 in excess of the then outstanding Pool Balance of the Class G Certificates and accrued and unpaid interest at the Stated Interest Rate on the Class G Certificates.

  • Upon receipt, the Drawing Agent shall pay the proceeds of the specified Policy Drawing under the Policy to the Certificate Account and the Pass Through Trustee shall direct the payment of such amount in the Certificate Account to the holders of the Certificates.

  • No later than 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the specified Special Distribution Date, the Subordination Agent shall make the specified Policy Drawing upon its receipt of the proceeds thereof and pay the amount thereof from the Policy Account to the Class G Trustee in reinstatement of the Avoided Payment.

  • However, there will be no ozone emissions associated with the now-proposed electric motor-driven compressor unit, and the project operation will contribute no emissions of greenhouse gases resulting in climate change impacts.

Related to Policy Drawing

  • Final Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.05(i).

  • Interest Drawing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(a).

  • Drawing means the drawing or drawings specified in or annexed to the Specifications;

  • Shop Drawing means any and all drawings, diagrams, layouts, explanations, illustrations, manufacturer's drawings or other written or graphic materials which illustrate any portion of the construction work.

  • Drawing Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(b) hereof.

  • Downgrade Drawing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(c).

  • LOC means the entity awarded the Championships and entering into this Agreement, having executed the Attached Bid.

  • Letter of Credit Disbursement means a payment made by Issuing Bank pursuant to a Letter of Credit.

  • Letter of Credit Payment means any amount paid or required to be paid by the Issuing Lender in its capacity hereunder as issuer of a Letter of Credit as a result of a draft or other demand for payment under any Letter of Credit.

  • First draw sample means a one−liter sample of tap water that has been standing in plumbing pipes at least 6 hours and is collected without flushing the tap.

  • Special Drawing Rights and the symbol “SDR” mean special drawing rights as valued by the International Monetary Fund in accordance with its Articles of Agreement”;

  • Request for Letter of Credit means a written request for a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit F, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

  • Record drawing or “as-builts” means a set of reproducible drawings which show significant changes in the work made during construction and which are usually based on drawings marked up in the field and other data furnished by the contractor.

  • Credit life insurance means insurance on the life of a debtor in connection with

  • Letter of Credit Advance means an advance made by the Issuing Bank or any Revolving Credit Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(c).

  • Facility Letter of Credit means a Letter of Credit issued by an Issuer pursuant to Section 2.15.

  • Commercial Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit issued for the purpose of providing the primary payment mechanism in connection with the purchase of any materials, goods or services by a Loan Party in the ordinary course of business of such Loan Party.

  • As-built drawings, as used in this clause, means drawings submitted by the Contractor or subcontractor at any tier to show the construction of a particular structure or work as actually completed under the contract. “As-built drawings” shall be synonymous with “Record

  • Letter of Credit Account means the account established by the Borrower under the sole and exclusive control of the Agent maintained at the office of the Agent at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 designated as the "Family Golf Centers, Inc. Letter of Credit Account" that shall be used solely for the purposes set forth in Sections 2.02(b) and 2.10(a) and (c).

  • Liquidity Facility Provider means a Person that is a party to a Liquidity Facility with the Authority with respect to specified Bonds and whose credit rating by each nationally recognized Rating Agency then rating the Class I Bonds is sufficiently high to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency or the equivalent of such rating by virtue of guarantees or insurance arrangements.

  • Letter of Credit means any letter of credit issued pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Disbursement is defined in Section 2.6.2.

  • Loan Disbursement Handbook means ADB’s Loan Disbursement Handbook (2012, as amended from time to time);

  • Extended Letter of Credit has the meaning given that term in Section 2.3.(b).

  • L/C Disbursement means a payment or disbursement made by an Issuing Bank pursuant to a Letter of Credit.

  • Unpaid Drawing shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.4(a).
