Policy Declarations definition

Policy Declarations means the policy declarations applicable to this policy for the current policy period, including any attached supplementary pages or schedules.
Policy Declarations means the “Policy Declarations” attaching to this Policy for the currentpolicy period” listed in the “Policy Declarations”.
Policy Declarations means that portion of the insurance contract at the beginning of the Policy that describes the basic information including, but not limited to: Policy Number, Named Insured, Period of Insurance, Main Covers, Exposure Description, Limits of Insurance, Deductibles and Endorsements.

  • The Owner may request a copy of the Umbrella/Excess Liability Policy Declarations Page and the Underlying Schedule of Insurance.

Related to Policy Declarations

  • statutory declaration means a declaration made in writing according to the requirements of the Oaths Act 2001 (Tas). It is an offence under section 113 of the Criminal Code, as contained in Schedule 1 of the Criminal Code Act 1924 (Tas), to make a false statement in a Statutory Declaration.

  • Master Declaration means a written instrument, however named, (i) recorded on or after June 1, 1994, and (ii) complying with section 515B.2-121, subsection (e).

Reinsurance Agreements shall include, but not be limited to, any agreement, contract, treaty, certificate or other arrangement that is treated as such by the applicable Department.

Control does not exist if the powers described in this subsection (1) are held solely as security for an obligation and are not exercised.

  • Declarations means all pages labeled declarations, supplemental declarations, or schedule that pertain to this policy.

  • General common elements means the common elements other than the limited common elements.

  • Sponsorship Agreement means a document that estab- lishes an advanced licensee as a sponsor for a basic licensee.

  • Blanket Issuer Letter of Representations means the Representation Letter from the Issuer to DTC, with respect to the Bonds.
