Policy Contract definition

Policy Contract means the policy schedule, the policy terms & conditions, Annexures, schedules, endorsements, applicable to this Policy shall together form the entire contract evidenced by this Policy;
Policy Contract means the written document or combination of documents embodying the contract entered into between an insurer and a policyholder in respect of a policy;
Policy Contract meansthe “Policy Wording” and “Policy Schedule” read in conjunction.
