  • Sign height means the vertical distance from the ground directly below the sign measured to the highest extremity of the sign, including the sign structure;

  • Pole means both utility Poles and Anchors but only to those utility Poles and Anchors owned or controlled by AT&T- 22STATE, and does not include utility Poles or Anchors with respect to which AT&T-22STATE has no legal authority to permit attachments by other persons or entities.

  • Freeboard height means for vapor degreasers the distance from the top of the vapor zone to the top of the degreaser tank. For cold cleaners, freeboard height means the distance from liquid solvent level in the degreaser tank to the top of the tank.

  • Towers means the communications towers on the Sites.
