Pole Attachment Rental Fee definition
Pole Attachment Rental Fee means the annual amount per Attachment that Licensee must pay to EMC pursuant to this Agreement in order to affix each Attachment to EMC’s Poles.
Pole Attachment Rental Fee means the annual amount per pole that the Attaching Entity must pay to the electric membership corporation in order to affix its Attachment(s) to the Utility Pole.
