Pointshare Services definition

Pointshare Services means Pointshare services provided to Physician ------------------- Subscribers pursuant to individual agreements between Pointshare and each Physician Subscriber. Such Services will include those referenced in Attachment C and such future services as the OMA and Pointshare may mutually agree to offer to Physician Subscribers or groups of Physician Subscribers.

Examples of Pointshare Services in a sentence

  • Pointshare may use the OMA Equipment during the term of this Agreement to provide the Pointshare Services to Physician Subscribers but will return all OMA Equipment to the OMA upon cessation of use or termination of this Agreement.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, all of --------------------- Pointshare's service obligations (including Pointshare Services) to OMA and OMA's sponsorship of Pointshare Services (including any further right to receive sponsorship reimbursements) shall terminate.
