  • Each of the Borrower and each Guarantor shall use its best efforts to cause all other Hydrocarbon Purchasers and POGM to execute the payment notifications to confirm their agreement to remit all proceeds from sales of all production from or allocable to the Mortgaged Properties into the applicable deposit account within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date.
