PocketNet Service definition

PocketNet Service means the wireless data service offered by AWS and interconnected networks which enables properly equipped devices to wirelessly access information via networked applications using TCP/IP access protocols such as HDML). The parties agree as follows:

Examples of PocketNet Service in a sentence

  • In accordance with guidelines that may be issued by ATTWS from time to time, Bolt may qualify to earn cooperative advertising funds ("Coop Funds") which will accrue in a cooperative advertising account ("Coop Account") for purposes of reimbursing Bolt for certain advertising of ATTWS' PocketNet Service.

  • Bolt will pay to ATTWS [ * ] of gross revenue of all ecommerce generated through the PocketNet(R) Service and [ * ] for each new Bolt customer generated by the PocketNet Service for the Term of the Agreement.

  • In addition, Channel Member Channels Agreement - R 2/18/97 3 shall not be entitled to any compensation for a PDS Subscriber activating PDS Service in connection with a PocketNet Service Access Device if Company has previously paid any compensation to Channel Member or any Person other than Company or its Personnel to obtain such PDS Subscriber as a cellular voice subscriber in connection with such PocketNet Service Access Device.

  • If a Subscriber activates a PocketNet Service Access Device, Channel Member will be paid only one Processing Fee.
