POCCI means Panama Offshore Chartering Company Inc., a limited liability company formed under the laws of the Republic of Panama. (dd) "POCCI # 19" shall mean Panama Offshore Chartering Company 19, Inc. (Panama), a limited liability company formed under the laws of the Republic of Panama.
