Examples of POCC in a sentence

  • POCC hereby agrees to cause each of the Partnership Entities to be named as additional insureds in POCC's current insurance program, which is described on Schedule 4.1 attached hereto.

  • The power and authority granted pursuant to this Section 3.2 to a person described in the preceding sentence will be valid only for so long as such person is employed by POCC.

  • Each of POCC, the General Partner, the Partnership and the Operating Partnership agree that the execution or material amendment of any "significant agreement" (as such term is defined below) must be approved by the Conflicts Committee.
