POC Subscription means the package of demonstration and Software licenses described in an applicable Order Form under which the Proof of Concept is procured.

Examples of POC Subscription in a sentence

  • Cloudera may, in its sole discretion, extend the POC Subscription Period by continuing to provide Customer with access to the Free Trial Services associated with the CDP Public Cloud POC.

  • Any such extension will be considered part of the POC Subscription Period.

  • The POC Subscription provides Subscriber with the benefit of using certain Services from AirWorks for a limited period of time.

  • If the POC Subscription is provided free of charge, (i) Subscriber’s use will be limited to non-commercial evaluation purposes with no rights to make available or distribute the Trial Subscription to any third party, and (ii) the use will be only by you as an individual or, if you are a company or other legal entity, by one named employee.

  • Except as expressly set forth in the online or other Documentation for the POC Subscription, the subscription period for the POC Subscription will be limited to 3 months.

  • AirWorks reserves the right, without any further notice, to end any POC Subscription provided free of charge at any time.

  • The commercial use of the Services or the results derived using any free Services under a POC Subscription is not permitted.

  • Should Customer continue to use the Free Trial Services associated with the CDP Public Cloud POC after the end of the POC Subscription Period , Customer agrees that Customer’s usage will be converted to pay-as-you-go usage under Section 2.2 Cloudera’s pricing and billing terms referenced in Section 6.1 below, where the fees for such usage will be based on Cloudera’s then-current standard list pricing set forth at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/products/pricing/cdp-public-cloud-service-rates.html.
