POC Materials means the information set out in Article 4.2(b).

Examples of POC Materials in a sentence
If either Party later determines to reinitiate Development of the same Licensed Product using the POC Materials then they must first obtain the other Parties permission under financial terms to be mutually agreed between the Parties.
Transition grants Lilly the option to assume responsibility, at Lilly’s expense, for the worldwide Development and Commercialization of the Licensed Product after receipt of the Final Data and POC Materials for the POC Studies (“POC Option”).
