Pobal definition

Pobal means the organization appointed by the Minister to administer the various childcare programmes on behalf of the DCEDIY.
Pobal means a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity. Pobal have been appointed as agent of the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs and acts on the Minister’s behalf in relation to their agreed roles.
Pobal means the not-for-profit company, formally known as Area Development Management Ltd., that manages programmes on behalf of the Irish Government and the EU;
