  • LVP, POAC, and ARP have caused this Agreement to be signed by their respective authorized signatories all as of the date first written above.

  • This MOU may be modified by written agreement of authorized officials from POAC Succeed and Park Hill School District.

  • LVP and POAC represent to ARP that the list of Properties on Schedule A hereto is correct and complete and that the Properties are owned indirectly by POAC.

  • LVP and POAC agree to be responsible for any breach of this Agreement by the representatives of LVP or POAC.

  • VPD will work with the Evaluator, CAB, and POAC to develop a community policing strategic plan that incorporates best practices focused on positive community-law enforcement relationships, taking into account the staff and resources available.
