PO Share means the percentage share allocated to production and -------- related activities for PO Product of any item of Operating Costs or Capital Costs or any Partnership revenue, determined in accordance with Section 2.5 of ----------- the Partnership Agreement.

  • For each cost savings Above Threshold Discretionary Capital Project, the capital budget shall specify the PO Share of the budgeted Capital Costs for such Capital Project and the methodology used to determine the PO Share in accordance with Exhibit D to --------- the Operating Agreement.
