In the event that on any Distribution Date, the Subordinate Principal Distribution Amounts for the Loan Groups is insufficient to reduce the PO Deferred Amounts of the PO Components to zero, the amount that is available shall be distributed among such Components pro rata based on the PO Deferred Amounts.
