PO Amendment definition

PO Amendment means any change to the original approved scope and/or value of a Contract and/or Purchase where the total cost of goods, services, or construction exceeds
PO Amendment has the meaning given to such term in Section 38.
PO Amendment means INSEAD's authorised purchase order amendment or series of purchase order amendments, adding to, deleting or modifying the Goods and/or Services, each order amendment having precedence over any earlier order amendment;

Examples of PO Amendment in a sentence

  • A PO Amendment and any other amendment, modification or supplement of or to any provision of this Agreement, any waiver of any provision of this Agreement, and any consent to any departure from the terms of any provision of this Agreement, shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which made or given.

  • A PO Amendment shall also be effective only with respect to the particular Accepted Purchase Order in question.

  • Goods’ delivery shall be made at the address nominated by INSEAD on the PO and/or any PO Amendment (the “Delivery Location”).

  • Producer and Gold may amend this Agreement pursuant to an Accepted Purchase Order which is signed by both Producer and Gold and which specifically provides that specified terms of such Accepted Purchase Order constitute an amendment of specified terms of this Agreement (a "PO Amendment").

  • The amended order will be confirmed through a PO Amendment or a new PO.

  • The Supplier shall not make a delivery of the Goods in instalments or in advance of the Delivery Date unless specified by INSEAD in the PO or any PO Amendment.

  • Amendment means a written agreement, signed by the Parties, which documents changes to the Contract other than those permitted by Work Orders.

  • Extension Amendment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(d).
