PO definition

PO or “Purchase Order” means this Contract.
PO means a document that is in electronic or written form and that contains an offer by Customer to purchase pursuant to this Agreement at a specified price as the same may be amended or modified from time to time and incorporates the terms of this Agreement.
PO means a purchase order.

  • Purchase Orders (PO) will be issued in accordance with the RFQ and any applicable ATC as services are needed for Customers.

  • By submitting a Quote, the vendor represents and warrants that the Solution substantially conforms or exceeds the specifications herein and will continue to substantially conform or exceed the specifications provided herein throughout the duration of any resultant ATC and PO.

Oriflame will not accept and has no obligation to pay for the Goods and/or Services if the Supplier claims that different terms and conditions apply to the supply of the Goods and/or Services. 3 Supply and purchase 3.1 The Supplier agrees to supply and Oriflame agrees to purchase the Goods and/or Services on the Terms. 3.2
PO means the purchase order issued by an authorized RTI representative.
PO means a purchase order issued by Hydro for Deliverables; POs may be issued in writing, by email or electronically through Hydro’s En- terprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
