PNTC definition
PNTC means National Platform for Climate Transparency, created under Title II, Article 8 of Executive Decree 100 dated October 20, 2020, as an official mechanism for the management, monitoring, reporting and registration of national initiatives that lead the Recipient towards sustainable, inclusive, low- emissions and resilient development to the climate crisis, on the way to compliance with the Paris Agreement.
