PNOC-EDC definition

PNOC-EDC means PNOC Energy Development Corporation, a subsidiary of PNOC; and
PNOC-EDC means PNOC-Energy Development Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Philippine National Oil Company, organized and existing under the laws of the Republic.
