PNCA definition

PNCA means Contract No. 97PB-10130, as such agreement may be amended or replaced, among BPA, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Bureau of Reclamation, and certain generating utilities in the Region that sets forth the terms and conditions for the coordinated operation of generating resources in the Region.
PNCA means the Palau National Code Annotated.
