Examples of PMV Notice in a sentence

  • If the Partnership receives (i) Registration Firm Offers from all of the Notice Partners prior to the expiration of such thirty (30) day period or (ii) Registration Firm Offers from at least one Notice Partner on or before the thirtieth (30th) day after the date of the PMV Notice, the Partnership shall promptly give notice (the "Firm Offer Commencement Notice") to each Partner stating that such Registration Firm Offers have been delivered as of the date of such Firm Offer Commencement Notice.

  • Within five (5) days after the final determination of Public Market Value, the Public Appraisers shall provide written notice (the "PMV Notice") of such Public Market Value and the Minimum Offering Amount to each Notice Partner and each other Partner.
