PMU18 definition
PMU18 means the project management unit established within MOT by Decisions Nos. 1675 QD/TCCB-LD and 387 QD/TCCB-LD dated August 23, 1993 and March 25, 1994, respectively, responsible, inter alia, to administer road works under the PMU18’s Respective Parts of the Project.
