PMTE Program definition
PMTE Program has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 7.3. “Project” has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.1.
Examples of PMTE Program in a sentence
The Developer shall submit the PMTE Program to the Executive Director for approval which approval shall not be unreasonable withheld, conditioned or delayed.
The Developer shall comply with the terms and provisions of the PMTE Program which is approved by the Executive Director and the failure to so comply shall constitute an Event of Default under this Lease if not cured within the applicable grace period.
