PMSJ definition
PMSJ means:
(i) a security interest taken in personal property of the Borrower or Guarantor, as the case may be, to the extent that it secures payment of all or part of the purchase price of such personal property;
(ii) a security interest taken in personal property of the Borrower or Guarantor, as the case may be, by a Person who gives value for the purpose of enabling the Borrower or Guarantor, as the case may be, to acquire rights in such personal property, to the extent that the value given is applied to acquire those rights;
(iii) the interest of the Borrower or Guarantor, as the case may be, as a lessor of goods under a lease for a term of more than one year; and
(iv) and the interest of a Person who delivers goods to the Borrower or the Guarantor, as the case may be, under commercial consignment; but does not include a transaction of sale by and lease back to the seller;
