PMSE definition

PMSE means Programme Making and Special Events, i.e. those uses of the radio spectrum which support the production of content and for certain special events.
PMSE means the Services Ancillary to Broadcast Production, Program Making & Special Events i.e. use of radio spectrum to support broadcast- ing and production of content, news gathering, concerts, theatrical pro- ductions, stage performances, educational institutes, exhibitions, confer- ences and special events such as culture events, concerts, sport events, conferences and trade fairs etc.
