PMP Data definition

PMP Data means prescription history information maintained by PMPs.
PMP Data means Prescription Monitoring Program information produced, furnished, acquired, or used by Contractor in meeting requirements under this Contract.
PMP Data means information maintained by PMPs, including without limitation, information about controlled substances for individual patients. PMP Data includes all of the information provided by the applicable State, which may include non-traditional PMP data and or information.

Examples of PMP Data in a sentence

  • Subscribing Organization is responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and rules applicable to PMP Data, personally identifiable information, and health information organizations including, but not limited to, confidentiality, security, registration and licensure requirements.

  • Subscribing Organization acknowledges that each state determines whether Authorized Users may access or utilize the state’s PMP Data through the Gateway Service.

  • If state law prohibits health care practitioners’ delegates from accessing the PMP or PMP Data, then the credentialing and identity validation processes of Subscribing Organization must prevent delegates from accessing the Gateway Service and Service Information.

  • Healthcare Entity shall ensure that only Authorized Users may access or utilize the state’s PMP Data through the Gateway Service.

  • Service Provider Property" means all of the following: (i) the Gateway Service, as described herein, the Analytics, and the Documentation related thereto (but excluding the PMP Data); (ii) any deliverables and/or work product developed while providing the Gateway Service or the Analytics; and (iii) enhancements, modifications or derivative works to the Gateway Service or the Analytics.

  • Healthcare Entity is responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and rules applicable to PMP Data, personally identifiable information, and health information organizations including, but not limited to, confidentiality, security, registration and licensure requirements.

  • Termination of a contract between Licensee and a state related to the state PMP or termination of Licensee’s access to state PMP Data automatically results in termination of this Agreement without notice and without any penalty to Appriss or obligation of Appriss to refund any fees paid by Licensee.

  • For example, Licensee may provide data regarding the number of patients who visited an Authorized User, such as a hospital, practice, prescriber, and/or pharmacy, whose PMP Data was accessed through the Gateway Service, whether Licensee requires prescribers or dispensers to access the Gateway Service, and/or whether a controlled substance prescription was issued or dispensed to such patients.

  • Healthcare Entity shall ensure that all of its contractors, subcontractors and agents who are not Authorized Users and who have access to the Gateway Service as a result of access to Healthcare Entity’s electronic medical record system are subject to the same restrictions and obligations contained herein, including but not limited to the obligation to implement reasonable and appropriate safeguards to protect PMP Data that they may have access to.

  • Appriss reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time upon 30 days advance notice to Licensee if Third Party Materials needed to provide the Gateway Service become unavailable to Appriss or, in its sole discretion, Appriss determines that the functionality of the Gateway Service is materially impaired due to insufficient availability or unavailability of PMP Data.

Related to PMP Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.
