If the Bidder, prior to submitting its Bid, fails to notify the Director of PMM of the existence of an ambiguity or inconsistency in the Bid Documents, a Bid will conclusively be presumed to have been based upon the Authority’s interpretation of such ambiguity or inconsistency.
