PMI Subordinated Lien definition
PMI Subordinated Lien means a subordinated lien over certain Project Property granted to PMI in accordance with Section 29.5(c) of the Long-Term Oil Supply Agreement.
PMI Subordinated Lien. The Partnership may at any time execute documentation granting the PMI Subordinated Lien, provided that such documentation shall include subordination provisions in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank Senior Lenders Administrative Agent.
