PMD Inventories definition
PMD Inventories means all inventory of raw materials, supplies and consumables, packaging material, work-in-progress or finished goods predominately used or predominately held for use in the operation and conduct of the PMD Business and owned by APD or any of its Subsidiaries (including the Transferred PMD Companies or any their Subsidiaries).
