PMCL definition

PMCL means Pakistan Mobile Communications (Pvt.) Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Pakistan.
PMCL means primary maximum contaminant level. “O&M” means operation and maintenance.

  • Subject to Clause 12 of the main body of this Interconnection Agreement, this Schedule sets out the terms and conditions under which PMCL may provide the Operator with physical interconnection, Co-Location Space and physical access thereto at PMCL’s Co- Location Sites listed in Attachment C3 as amended from time to time solely for the purpose of offering Interconnection services.

  • This Annex inter alia describes the Interconnection procedures, standards and Network interface requirements for establishment of Interconnection between the PMCL Network and the Operator Network.

  • PMCL shall authorize the Operator’s access to the Co-Location Space on the same form.

  • PMCL may terminate the permission for use of Co-Location Space under this Schedule by giving Operator no less than six (6) months written notice.

Orascom Telecom Bangladesh Limited (“OTBL”) (formerly known as Sheba) operates a GSM telecommunications business in Bangladesh and provides a range of prepaid and postpaid voice and data telecommunications services, using the brand name “banglalink”. OTH owns 100% of Orascom Telecom Ventures, which owns 100% of the shares of OTBL (the percentage ownership includes a de minimis number of directors and other qualifying shares). Under a technical assistance agreement, OTH provides services to OTBL in exchange for a fee. If OTBL’s GSM license is renewed, the management services will be automatically extended for the period of renewal.
