PMCA means the Purchase Money Credit Agreement, dated as of February 5, 2008, among the Borrower, the guarantors party thereto, U.S. Bank National Association, as Collateral Agent, Harbinger Capital Partners Master Fund 1, Ltd., Harbinger Capital Partners Special Situations Fund, L.P. and EchoStar Corporation, each as a lender, and the other lenders party thereto, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified prior to the commencement of the Cases.
