PMC Agreement definition
PMC Agreement means, collectively: (a) the agreements listed on Schedule 7.1–2 hereto, as in effect on the Effective Date and as amended to the extent permitted by Section 7.11; and (b) agreements entered into with Philips Medical Capital (or its Affiliates) after the Effective Date on substantially the same terms, other than with respect to interest rate and fees, as the agreements listed on Schedule 7.1–2.
PMC Agreement means the asset purchase agreement to be entered into between IMG and PMC, pursuant to which IMG will acquire a 100% interest in the Crater Lake Property;
PMC Agreement means that certain agreement, as amended, between PMC and Borrower.
Examples of PMC Agreement in a sentence
For purposes of clarity: (i) increasing the obligations under the PMC Agreement pursuant to the terms thereof, as in existence on the Effective Date (or as modified in accordance herewith), shall not be considered adverse to the Lenders; and (ii) any extension of the maturity date of the PMC Obligations in excess of nine (9) months shall require the approval of the Required Lenders.
