PMAs definition
PMAs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(b).

More Definitions of PMAs
PMAs means all FDA pre-market approvals and applications therefore with regard to the Product for use in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and rheumatoid arthritis held by Seller, all other Permits and Approvals required for the marketing of the Product in the Territory held by Seller, and all comparable marketing authorizations and approvals issued with respect to the Product by any Territorial Regulator held by Seller.
PMAs means property management agents, the duties of which are described in the section headed “The Properties and Business” in this Offering Circular and “PMA” means any one of them;
PMAs means the Recipient’s Park Management Authorities within NFA;
PMAs has the meaning set forth in Section 2.17(a).
