  • On the PMA Completion Date, the PMA Approval shall constitute a Purchased Asset.

  • In the event that Purchaser exercises its right to seek the PMA Approval pursuant to this Section 2.2, (A) Seller shall promptly execute and deliver the Supplemental ▇▇▇▇ of Sale to Purchaser or its designee, omitting therefrom the proposed assignment of the PMA Approval and the assumption of obligations related thereto, and (B) the PMA Completion Date shall be deemed to be the date (if ever) that Purchaser receives PMA Approval.
