PM Services definition

PM Services means those services, materials and replacement parts that are considered standard preventative maintenance measures and procedures as may be recommended by Mesa for optimal performance of the Equipment. A sample schedule of PM Services for the Equipment is available upon request by Customer, which such PM Services schedule is subject to update from time to time in the sole discretion of Mesa. “Quote” means the applicable Quote for Services to which these Terms and Conditions relate. “Quote Date” means the quote date reflected on the Quote. “Services” means collectively, the Commissioning Services, the PM Services, the Callout Services, the Logistics Services, the Training Services and any other services that may be offered by Mesa pursuant to a Quote. “Service Technician” means any trained and qualified employee, contractor, agent or other representative of Mesa that performs the Services hereunder. “Shop Services” means any Services performed by Mesa at a Service Center. ‘Training Services” means those services provided by Mesa to train employees and other technicians of Customer to use, operate, repair, and/or maintain certain components of the Equipment.
PM Services means the project management services to be provided to the District in accordance with the terms set forth on “Schedule 5”, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PM Services means project management services, the scope of which is set out in more detail in Article 2 below. PM Services shall include Basic Services and, as such services are approved by TFC, Additional Services as defined in Section 2.11.

Examples of PM Services in a sentence

  • You may schedule only one PM Service Call at a time, and PM Services Calls must be completed within the appropriate Availability Window.

  • C.1.5.1 Work outside the scope of PM Services, including the repair/replacement/procurement of any parts, must be approved by the COR prior to performance of the work.

  • C.1.5.2 The Government has the option to accept or reject the Contractor’s quote for work outside the PM Services SOW and reserves the right to obtain similar work (parts and/or services) from other competitive sources.

  • The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel as well as all transportation, tools, instrumentation, equipment and supplies required to perform the BAS Preventative Maintenance (PM) Services defined in this Scope of Work (SOW).

  • Contractor shall continue to provide PM Services to all areas not affected by work provided by alternate sources.

  • Any and all problems, issues, failures, etc… related to the BAS and/or the equipment / systems controlled and/or monitored by the BAS, discovered by the Contractor while performing any of the PM Services described within the “BAS PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (PM) SERVICES” section of this Scope of Work shall be considered Deficiencies.
