PM Group definition

PM Group means The PM Group S.p.A., a company organized under the laws of Italy. SVW Transaction means the net sale of approximately 29 cranes to S.V.W. Crane Equipment Company which revenue was recognized in 2016 and subsequently deferred to match the final delivery dates of such cranes during the fiscal year ended 2017 resulting in a restatement of the Company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ended 2016.
