PM FACILITY definition

PM FACILITY means the collective reference to (i) the Precious Metals Facility among Degussa AG, OMG AG and the Company and (ii) the PM Facility Security Documents; ;PROVIDED, however, that the Liens granted pursuant to the PM Facility Security Documents shall comply with the requirements of clause (x) of the definition of Standard Permitted Liens set forth below in this section 1.1.
